Pre-K Active Start Program Our goal is to provide an Athletic
Foundation that allows children to expand and grow healthier, in their own natural way. The Pre-K Active Start Program focuses on building and enhancing age appropriate movement skills. Our physical training sessions are based on the latest scientific
research. We facilitate uplifting warm-ups and workouts that encourage emotional, social, mental and physical development.

3 Reasons to Get Your Child in the Game: 1. Research (The Intentional Teacher, Anne S. Epstein,
2000) confirms that young children do not learn fundamental physical skills simply through play. Young children tend to limit
their movement to a repetition of a few patterns. To ensure that kids gain the physical skills they need, adults must
plan movement experiences and structure physical activities that
introduce a range of movement options. We must provide kids with
time, space and equipment to practice these skills. 2. Play
creates essential opportunities for children to explore their imaginations, to connect with other people, to stretch
and grow (physically, emotionally, and socially). 3. Children who are physically active and healthy
bring more awareness to every activity. Good fitness at a young age sets
the foundation for a healthy heart and lungs, building muscles that are strong and flexible. The
Pre-K Active Start Program is the “mobile” branch of Kids Outdoor Club. We go directly to your child’s class and bring a unique,
exciting brand of meaningful play. We are conveniently located at your child’s school every
week for one hour of specialized instruction. We would love to hear from you! Please direct all inquiries to Coach
